Great experience! They were very polite and up front about costs and made sure the glass was the right part and got here quickly. They let me know about possible issues that could arise and bring up the cost. I appreciate how honest they are. Would definitely recommend.

My old van's window was smashed by a vandal on a Tuesday morning; I browsed auto glass shops, found 1st Choice's price to be the most affordable so I called.. amazingly, Tim was able to special-order the replacement glass and install it by Friday!!
That's the quickest repair time I've ever experienced (and the most reasonable price I've ever paid for a special-order car part!) so if you need an auto window or windshield replaced, 1st Choice SHOULD BE your first choice! I'm definitely a satisfied customer!
**Should mention that during the installation it was discovered the pre-existing door dent had damaged the internal housing rails somewhat, but he was able to work with it and the window operates perfectly now!! Talk about going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, y'know?? Almost unheard of nowadays but my window is living proof LOL

I had an excellent experience with 1st Choice Auto Glass here in Bellingham. They replaced the windshield in my vehicle quickly and did a flawless job from start to finish. The installation was clean, professional, and you can tell they really know what they’re doing.
What really stood out was how easy they were to work with—great communication, showed up on time, and made the whole process stress-free. Pricing was also very fair compared to other auto glass shops in Bellingham and across Whatcom County.
They don’t just do auto glass either—they also handle residential and commercial glass, including windows and custom shower glass. It’s awesome having a reliable local company that can handle everything glass-related.
If you’re looking for windshield replacement in Bellingham or any glass services in Whatcom County, I highly recommend 1st Choice Auto Glass. I’ll definitely be using them again!
